The staff were very polite and helpful. We booked a twin room, but we were given a double. We asked for the room to be changed, which was promptly done. The breakfast was excellent. We had a bar meal on the evening which was very good. Room was very clean and spacious.
No A la carte menu on the Friday evening. As with all hotels the drink prices are very expensive.

My friend and I have just spent a most delightful 3 nights at the Tally Ho. The owner and her staff were very welcoming and could not do enough for us. The food was excellent and when we arrived too late for breakfast on our last morning they were most accommodating and were prepared to cook anything we required. I cannot find fault with anything at the Tally Ho and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a happy, relaxing base when exploring that area of Oxfordshire.

Very pleasant staff and very relaxing and close enough for fantastic trip to Silverstone for the Grand Prix.
Only complaint if any (and just being fussy) was not much choice on the menu and waiters a little young and inexperienced, albeit very friendly.

Very close to the Retail outlet centre. Breakfast was very good.
Evening meal menu was very limited, although the food was nice. The hotel lacked atmosphere, should have had some nice music on around the bar area and at dinner.

The staff were pleasant and helpfull and the full english breakfast was very good.
We stayed during a period when there had been heavy snow and no effort had been made to clear the car park at all, making it extremely difficult to get in or out with a car.

Room very spacious and comfortable.Enjoyable and relaxing breakfast.
We were not told until arrival that we could not use the facilities in the evening due to a private function, it would have been polite to have been told when room booked.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Nothing too much trouble to them. Nice room, very comfortable and quiet. Lovely breakfast. Small informal bar, and very enjoyable. Rooms very well appointed and equipped and of great proportions.
Hotel is a bit further from Bicester than web site suggested, so taxi fares were more expensive than expected. However, this would not be an issue for car drivers, so shouldn't be a deterrent.

Not a typical hotel with the rooms in separate buildings in the grounds but this gave a country feel. Room was light, airy and spacious. All usual facilities in the room. Breakfast was good and served by attentive staff.
Steps to upper rooms were rather steep which for an elderly person carrying a case could be difficult. Breakfast during the week ended at 9.00 which, if you were staying for leisure purposes might be a little early.

The breakfast was good.
The hotel was locked and deserted when I arrived! I have never been to a hotel that was open and found it so abandoned. I had to phone to get anyone to come and unlock the door.
